WOMEN’S BIBE STUDY — FRIDAY NIGHTS
Ladies, come join this 10-week long bible study reviewing the 8 keys of living out your new creation life in Christ. Led by Nancy Ingold. Friday nights at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Room.
THIRD THURSDAY — SEPTEMBER 16
On September 16 our seniors group meets for lunch in the Fellowship Hall. Enjoy a home cooked lunch for only $6, followed by some special music. This month's special guests will be Kent Grambo.
VISION & EVALUATION MEETING — SEPT 19
There will be a Vision & Evaluation Meeting on September 19 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone welcome.
CHILI COOK-OFF — SEPT 12
Royal Heights’ 2nd annual chili cook-off is September 12! Bring a friend, bring a recipe or just bring your pot of chili! If we get enough recipes we will put together a chili cookbook. Join in the fun. To enter your prize pot of winning chili, sign up at the Information Table.
GIRLS OF FAITH
Starting September 14, a group for girls aged 12-17 will be meeting Tuesdays, from 6:30pm—7:30pm, until December. Facilitated by Karla Huppe and Heather Marie Myers, "Girls of Faith" will combine bible study, guest speakers and girl-orientated fun nights to provide positive relationship building while following God's word. BACK TO CHURCH SUNDAY — SEPT 12
September 12 is National Back To Church Sunday. Be sure to invite someone to our church. Help your friends and family reconnect with God and the church.
PARENTS — YOUNG CHILDREN ARE DISMISSED AFTER SINGING
There are programs for your child, age newborn to grade 4. The babies and toddlers meet on the lower level in Creation Room. The preschoolers meet on the upper level in Waumbaland. Children grades K–4 meet on the second floor room 202. All parents please ensure you and your child have a wrist band on before you leave them in their designated room.
ADULT BIBLE STUDY CLASS
There is a Bible Study class in Room 203 upstairs by the kitchen. All adults and youth are welcome to attend. Join us at 9:14 a.m. Pastor Alan will be teaching the Book of Exodus.
FOOD CUPBOARD
Our food cupboard is in dire need of restocking. Donations of chunky soup, pasta & sauce, cereal and canned fruit are greatly appreciated. Just leave any donations at the information table by the front doors.
READING THROUGH THE BIBLE
Have you ever read through the Bible in one year? Would you like a reading plan to help you? Pick up a plan at the information table on Sunday. This Discipleship Journal Bible Reading Plan will help you break down the task. It is designed to begin at any point of the year. Give it a try, even if you need more than one year to accomplish it.
